Antonio Villaraigosa California Governor Race – Antonio Villaraigosa,the mayor of Los Angeles has decided not to run for the governorship of California in 2010.Villaraigosa said during an interview on CNN today:

“I can’t leave this city in the middle of a crisis.”

San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom,and state attorney general Jerry Brown are considered as the front runners in the Democratic primary field.
